can someone help please

how to verify amazon seller account via phone... i see i never get any option for call to get 4 digit pin... only sms and prepaid phone arent getting any sms from amazon plus google voice is keep making my account delete.... please help how can i get the phone verification call or sms

Hi, I had a similar experience where I had a new sim card for a new number. The message never came through after 3 attempts. I just asked for the phone call and this worked. Hope you get it sorted.
