What's a 5 year old Amazon account worth for partner buy out.
 

I have an Amazon account I set up for myself and a business partner 5 years ago. We did about million in sales with it over the 5 years but our supplier dried up and so we are parting ways. He wants to buy the account off me since I controlled it via stealth. It's in good standing and always has been. We've been selling Vitamins and Supplements and he would continue to sell the same type of product. What's it worth taking into consideration we have zero products as a partnership to sell on it? This would strictly be for the account and no information would need to be changed on it.

Are you asking on how to transition it to the other buyer? Or price guideline on sale of account?

Is the account a registered business?

Sorry for the confusion. The account is registered to my old partners business name with stealth name, address and credit card.

Any idea on value?

It still has about 300 active products and over 1000 feedback.

$10k? He offered me $1000 buyout.

You have been very successful businesswise running this account but you cannot negotiate for much better price!!
