eBay UK/ Amazon UK using the same details?

Can I use the details for my Amazon (UK) stealth account to set up an eBay/paypal stealth account? The name/address, credit (3v) card, phone number, dongle/sim etc?
Maybe link a different (genuine) bank account to paypal but everything else would be the same.
After reading eBay stealth I realise that the best way forward is to have multiple ebay accounts, but would one account be ok using my Amazon details?
