UK Amazon- Account Info Update
Hello,
Recently got the Amazon EU account information update well on a break, filled in the information upon return and waited. Then received an email asking to update business entity type in response to the email from the registered email on the account (also had same message within the notifications on amazon).
I did so and again waited and again nothing, I sent an email using the form suggested in the email asking for an update and confirming I had gave them the requested information, still no response or update to the account after 6 days now.
Is the response via email confirming business entity type normal? I’ve had the account information update on another account back in November and never had an issue like this.
Account is showing as pending validation and has done for 2 weeks or so now. |
