If Amazon seller account closed, Will I get the money after 90 days

If Amazon closed account because he linked it to another account that closed before and they hold the money for 90 days, What will happen after 90 days ?

Will Amazon transfer the money to any bank account I will add or they will ask details (ID, Utility bills, etc.) of the person that name on this account ?

if you can't login your acc that means deleted and money gone. otherwise you will get your money after 90 days.

Do you know when Amazon delete accounts and the money is lost and when Amazon hold the money for 90 days ?
