What are you multi stealth account people doing about EIN's?
 

Happy Memorial Day to all of you!

I've been running EB and AZ stealths for a very long time. I'm looking to open some new AZ accounts and just refreshed on the stealth book but was wondering what other multi stealth operators were doing for EIN's. I've always created a new LLC owned by a Holding LLC to get a new EIN but I wasn't sure if that was the best method. For those of you multi stealth people, what is your method for EIN's?

Do you also open a new LLC/EIN each time?

Do you do a one time Reuse of old LLC's/EIN's(Suspended) to be new owners of a DBA(or LLC) to get another EIN?

DBA doesn't seem possible since you can only get one EIN per entity and a DBA is not an entity so if an LLC(with an EIN) owns a DBA the IRS won't issue another EIN right?

i have a lot of eins, when accounts get closed i simply notify IRS that company was never created if it didn't last all year..

I inky go about creating companies for said eins when the account goes past a certain point that it will last

can you request an EIN without sending IRS LLC information ?

Also how do you write for them to destroy an EIN if company was destroyed ?
They don't ask 100 questions when you have 100 ein's ?

how do you close or tell the IRS to destroy the EIN ?
