Amazon stealth accounts lasting in 2015?
 

Just wondering how long amaZon stealth accounts have been lasting in 2015? Coming up on my first month now and i am about to start getting the ball rolling slowly only sold a couple of textbooks so far. Seem to be seeing a lot of threads saying Amazon is getting stricter this year just wondering how many people have been successful recently and what methods they have been using

If you have a working stealth account, you should be able to keep it. I have stealth accounts that are 5 years old. Here is my best advice for keeping an Amazon account going:

• Ship all orders the same day or the next day
• ALWAYS use tracking
• Answer all customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Be polite to all customers, even if they are morons
• Be polite to all Amazon employees
• Never refuse a refund
• Avoid A-Z Guarantee claims
• Don't be a comedian when communicating with your customers. You may accidentally offend someone.
• Be PROFESSIONAL at all times
• Make sure you don't slack off with following the stealth rules
• NEVER sell counterfeits
• If you start getting multiple complaints about an item, DUMP THE ITEM!

Always remember, Amazon is all about the customer experience. They have a ZERO tolerance for sellers who sell counterfeit merchandise, shoddy low-quality items, are rude or argumentative with customers, etc. If they feel you are causing a customer to see Amazon in a negative light, they will not hesitate to suspend your account. But if you have good customer service skills, and sell decent items, you can make a lot of money on Amazon.

I notice in your list of actions you list MF the items. Why do you not send any items into FBA?

Just wondering is all.

I use FBA for some things, but most people just starting out do not. There is nothing WRONG with FBA. But if you send a lot of items and you account gets suspended, you will have to pay to get the items back. I would not recommend using FBA until you know how Amazon works and have some experience with it. Then, you will be better able to make a good decision on how to use FBA.

I'm guessing that you have experience with it.

I love FBA for some items because of the shipping discounts. There is NO WAY that any of us, as small sellers, could even come close to getting the discounts that Amazon gets.

But at the same time, it does not make sense for EVERY item to be placed in FBA. That is why I recommend that new sellers hold off until they get a better feel for how it all works, so that they can make an EDUCATED DECISION about what items to send and what items are better left handled in-house. FBA can be expensive if you send the wrong items.

There is a tool within amazon that lets you compare profits against FBA and merchant fulfilled. FBA is always more expensive but you have to consider that you have very little work to do with FBA.

how to pass the validation on new amazon stealth account? We can make new name, new account, new CC, new bank account ...
However, one thing we can not work around is the SSN validation. Even we use the EIN, they still need SSN. Once I input my SSN, my suspend account will be linked.

That is very frustrate and any one can help to go through ......

I was using FBA, when they closed my account they impounded mt stock and will not return it.
So forget FBA.. there are great services out there that will replicate FBA, the best and most economical is efullfillment.com. only differece is $15 mth in fees.. assuming you were on Prime in amazon.
Or if selling stuff from China, very likely your supplier can dropship for you for free or small fee. Ues e packet, fast delivery.

Sounds like you are selling questionable items from China. If you go this route then who knows what Amazon will do with FBA. To be honest anyone who are selling these type of products I would call an idiot for thinking it would even work. Amazon gets a free look at what you are selling.

Also, main benefit of using FBA is PRIME. Customers LOVE Prime.

LOL E-Packet and Fast Delivery don't really go together to well.....but I guess 14+ days is fast for some people.

I make 300-500 purchases a year. Most either sold by Amazon or FBA. I do not do either if that only way to get it. It cost me alot more and have to pay sales tax too but I get it in 2 days and always get it. I not received few items bought other way as no tracking. I laugh when see Prime users only spending $500-1000 a year. I spend that a month as whole lot less annoying than going to walmart plus I get what actually want. I have other friends in rural areas and they buy most items like me using Prime. Lets take my cat food I buy 4 boxes of 24 cans each weekly. I spend all week trying find that many at stores as most only have 1-2 boxes than takes 6-8 weeks before restocked.

id like a clear answer on this as well, does ama2on now demand us to supply both SSN and EIN, ever? my other EIN stealth acc I only had to put EIN and could enter any address in the field boxes.
