After providing documents to UK amazon, they ask me to update my account to business

After providing all of my documents to amazon UK, they didn't say yes or no , just say i have to update my account from individual to business or solo trader, and then they will ask more documents.
anybody has experienced this before ? should i update or just give up this account ?
any advice will be highly appriciated.
