You just have to keep trying yourself and not waiting for someone to post a working vcc or prepaid card.
I know for sure that there are a few that are still working, in the past 4 days i have been trying a lot of vcc/prepaid cards and i found one that is working but i wont make it public because it might get banned from amazon.
So try a bit harder and you will find a solution.

My suggestion would be to look for smaller banks and credit unions that offer gift cars. Amazon must have lists of the major ones by now.

my suggestion is to not waste your time with gift cards because i think amazon has added all kind of gift cards to a blacklist because i tried hundreds of gift cards with no luck.
I will give you all a hint, try different prepaid cards there are a few that are working but that are not mentioned here in the forums.

perhaps with vcc and stuff like that but personally i never made an amazon account with those type of cards when they are better alternatives if you have it.

yes I am also using real cards.
I understand some need 20 accounts but I prefer to concentrate on 4 and to make sure they work well.
If 1 goes I re-open 1 and always have 4
this seems to work well so far and keeps me under the radar using real accounts

Does the address on the card need to match the steath address already supplied to Amz ?

It doesn't have to, but it's good practice to have everything matching.

any thoughts on exclusive @ STAPLES store "Visa prepaid card"? (not adjustable amount to load, it comes in set amounts $20 $50 $100 $200 etc.) Photos is below. This is a Visa prepaid but not "vanilla brand"
I have one w prefix 4358 that I haven't tried yet.
