Amazon UK, can anyone help me???

Hello, banned from amazon UK and would like to know if anyone can help me get back on there, they seem to ask too many questions about VAT and UTR numbers which I have but are linked to the banned account. Have bought new computer, internet dongle and the Amazon Stealth Book, but it does not show how to get around this issue.

They dont verify the UTR documentation you send them with HMRC.

Have you tried registering as individual account first? dont register as business yet. that might help.

Tried to register as individual, they said if you are selling more than 10 items a month you cannot register this way and that I should either change to sole trader or business or they would not open the account

just go with it. if you are selling more than that, just change it later when they really ask for it. will there be a problem?

I did register as an individual but, then uploaded all documents: passport, bill, bank statement, as I asked my mum to register as a retired person, they asked what she would sell, we replied just a few items now and again, they said she would need to register as a sole trader and they just did not want to know, then changed it to sole trader which is when they ask for UTR info. They are impossible!!!

yeah i can also confirm the above.
Registered on a friend as individual .
They have responded asking for documents.
Then aksed what is going to sell.
Replied that seling new items , and they said that need to register a company for that and change the registration.
Looks like individuals could not register at amazon europe any more.

If you're selling new items then you clearly are doing so for profit which in turn means you're a business, so they are right. Individuals sell used items and items that are theirs in and around the house

You say easy to get round through , but i dont see any way without performing illegal acts.
