Stealth name, need advice
 

Hello,

I am making a Amazon Stealth account in Europeab market. Perhaps you could take a look at my perception of Stealth mechanism. I am confused about the Identity aspect of Stealth.

As far as i know, the drill is: (correct me if its wrong)
1, Everything is is new [CORE].
2, I use completely made up name for*Amazon Stealth*acc
3, And my real name for banking.
4, I am going to open an LLC or Ltd, and name it according the Stealth account person name ie Mr. Thomas Smith LLC [as far as I was informed Amazon is now asking for business information if you want to sell bigger amounts]
4, I will open a bank account under my personal info [in one of a recommended banks in this forum]
5, Amazon will transfer payments under a stealth name to my personal bank account.
6, Bank wont care about, so I dont worry...
7, When time comes to prove my identity, address etc. I contact someone who can help me or ask my friend photoshop for help.


What bothers me is:
1. proving identity which doesnt exist - law issues
2. creating a company which can be tracked and real owner found*


p.s. Yes, I have searched the forum, i found number of threads in regards to this topic but people just scratch the surface. I havent found an in depth discussion about it.*

Yes, all looks fine and I'd agree with what James has said.

I'd personally not bother with a Ltd company if it is just for trading on Amazon. The "sole trader" route is probably better as there are no "company records" held that can be investigated.

Fair enough.

1. Lets say I am starting to make a lot of money on Amazon. Arent they going to ask me register a business and change account type to business?
   
2. Another thing, at some point they will ask me to prove the identity, address and bank account. I will need to send Amazon the documents. And after that the line of just a made up name will be crossed. I am talking about legal issues here. This is what concerns me the most.

1. Acting as a sole trader is a business.

You'd be best to seek legal advice if you are looking for a definitive answer because you're wanting to discuss something that is a seriously "grey" area.

⊗⊗⊗⊗ a government documents ( i.e ID) is a crime in every country. And the purpose does not matter.

To clarify I want to make sure if this plan:

is based on what every Amazon Stealth account is built. I am aware that I am discussing "grey" area here, but thats how the Stealth Accounts are built?

Moment of truth.

I was asking about the "proving documentation" part so much, because I thought that Amazon is always ask for it at some point, no matter what.

I was thinking this way because, when I changed my bank info on my current account Amazon instantly notified me to upload proving documents.

So I started thinking that stealth account doesnt work without faking documents at some point.


Some people helped me to figure it out, that if the Amazon account is in a good condition, Amazon wont ask to prove anything.

From my experience , every new account in the european marketplace is being asked for documents now.
