Sell at break even when you first start to rank item faster and drive sales. Once you hit 1st page increase price and from there increase price once product is at desired rank or "tops" out. also put good keywords so your product is easier to find under most common search results

Not sure, but people buy reviews from me on Fiverr all the time. I love it...easy money.

Fiverr reviewers accounts are abused though...they are the town bicycle. Everyone and their brother gets reviews from them. If you think Amazon is dumb, think again.

I offer both.

I only offer Verified reviews when a coupon code or gift card is supplied to cover the cost of the item though.
