What service for IP / VPN for Amazon?
 

What IP service do you use to create accounts on Amazon?

VPN? If so which? Don't you think Amazon will ban the ip block? (or rather have it trigger a check) I know many people use hidemyass but I am reluctant to try it.

Another option is wireless modems, however they are slow and are a pain if you are doing this often.

What do you guys use?

try dongles and phone tether. cheap ones for startups.

I use Sprints Phone tethering. My 3G signal is my internet connection. Haven't run out of fresh IP's either.

Do you need a new IP if you use a VPN? If yes, is VPN only to conceal MAC's (which we apparently don't have to do anymore)?

No you don't need a new ip, the purpose of using a VPN is so you don't need to change your actual ip, and use the VPN's ip instead, makes things easier

Any opinion on StrongVPN? Good for an Amazon account, as the guide states? Includes good IP?

Sites like StrongVPN are extremely over abused and have hundreds of thousands of users that they reissue the same ips to all the time, so its not a good long term solution because your pretty much just sharing ips between hundreds of other users who might be using ebay & amazon as well. The key is having a static IP address. A good one that has never been used.
No need to change your router, or get dongles and such.

You can get three or as many IP addresses for each account.
VM ware and Linux works as well. It depends on what kind of computer you have?

32bit 64bit, etc.

That is not the only thing to consider. Amazon does not take any gift cards or VCC that is reliable for your account. You need a credit card and there is one you can get at your store very fast.

Thanks guys. I've been hearing about 24vc for awhile. I guess I should give it a try now that I'm adding amz too.

Any hint as to which one that could be?

Stealth costs money
Wasting money on poor VPN providers is pointless
Go to 24vc and get a SOLID VPN - no one reports issues, silly amount of customers they have and its an all round solid service.

Wait a min, does that work for Amazon too? Maybe I should try that while I don't know what I'm doing in terms of Amazon ghosting. I'm thinking:

Create new user
Do the browser fingerprint mumbo jumbo
Phone tethering (logging iP)
Profit
Add bank and CC when asked (crap name and address)
Add EIN and corp when asked
More profit

An IP is an IP is an IP. A "clean" IP will work for Amazon, eBay, that blog you were banned from commenting on, wherever. :thumb:

This service is run by a member correct? If so I feel much more confident using their service. Just sent an email for a custom quote to them.
