Possible credit card option for amazon

Ralphs in CA has a pre paid credit card where you can call up, add any name, address and number to the card keeping it as a temporary card. No social required. It worked for 5 accounts no problem in the past. 3 months ago, I used one and it was denied. I have not tried again just because I didnt wanna deal with the hassel of buying another card. Ive read on here that pre paid cards no longer work.
With this card, you can call in, give your name and social and any address and they will issue a reladable credit card. Shouldnt this bypass the Amazon security? Since amazon prime sends authorization for a revolving payment plan and that is what is catching the pre paid cards. Pre paid cards do not have the revolving authorization since they arent reloadable.

If your comment is "use the search feature" That is not a good comment since I literally get 20 pages of irrelevant and outdated information for VCCs etc. Also read that VCCs need to be constantly updated every disbursment period or 21 days.

Do you feel this card once activated as a real credit card with name address etc will pass Amazon?

I know the temporary card method has always worked. Just trying to figure a permanent method.

Did you just say it was denied?

The temporary method used to work. I tried it about 3 months ago and it did not work. Might have been an issue with that particular card. IDK.

But, this card, you can use as a temp or you can request to have a permanent card mailed to you after giving ss# and all that. You can put any address you want on the card and have them mail it to a different address. So the card technically is reloadable.

I havent tried that method out. Ive always been too impatient to wait a week. Im gonna buy one today and go through the process and see if it works. If it does, Ill update. It only cost 3 dollars but you have to put 10 dollars on the card.

There are cards such as 3v in the UK which are reported not to work, even though you can change the address freely.

Lately Amazon have been cracking down on prepaid cards and VCCs. However there are some VCCs and Pre-paids which still work.

Does Ralphs pre paid card have a Master card logo on it? I have found that credit cards with the master card logo tend to work better :-)

Aussie post office re-loadable visa, 2 years ago it would accept paypal withdrawals, now it's not even enough to verify Amazon. Any ideas what might work?
