Lost 3 Amazon Accounts All At Once, What did I do wrong?

I was using:

VMWare Workstation, all cloned from a template
24VC Dedicated IP for each different account
Tracfone
Actual bank account/credit cards (with altered addresses)

I lost all 3 accounts all around the same time. They just won't let me login now, so I can't even see how much funds I had in them and im not even sure how to get the money out.

What happened?

by what i understand, you had same bank account for 3 amazon accounts ?
You mention altered adress, what about the name of the bank account holder ?

Were you listing the same items? Were you trying to get any kind of approval/exempts from any of the accounts?
