How to Stop a Scam Buyer?
 

On Amazon, unlike Ebay, a buyer cannot be blocked. There is a scam Amazon buyer who continues to buy the same item from my store. I cancel his order. He buys again. Cancel his order. He buys again. Hurts my metrics.

His address is fraudulent and therefore I do not want to ship it to him. I know this because the same address was used under a different name, and my item was stolen. How can I stop this scam buyer? I was considering shipping him an empty box or something. Please advise. Thank you.

Always the same item. Sometimes he will pick a different but similar item. I am not shipping him the real item. 100% sure it will be stolen, claim, something bad, etc. He did it on a different seller account. I cancel his order, he keeps re-ordering. Has done this about 5 times in a row. Coming on 6. Scam Buyer who is trying to steal my item or cause my account trouble.

I kindly request you to contact Amazon Customer Service (buyer facing support) in order to contact the buyer.
