Amazon Ghost questions

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if amz check whether you have to have a working buyer's account to determine if an account is in stealth?

and does amz scan emails sent from sellers to buyers to see if the wording matches canned emails sent on previously suspended accounts e.g about receiving refund etc..
