| Ninja Seller | 12-10-2015 03:06 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. yeah but at east you would think an instant review. Not a complete block. even if i email them to enquire they say your account asscoiated with this email doesnt exist!
Makes no sense. unless they know its a stealth account.... |
| GreenBean | 12-10-2015 04:13 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. They know.
You are not being stealth enough to succeed.
If you have anything similar, that is zap the account material.
Totally revise your procedures.
Good Luck

| Ninja Seller | 12-10-2015 04:26 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. How do you mean?
I use VM, VPNs, everything is different. |
| GreenBean | 12-10-2015 04:51 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. There will be small things similar to other accounts. |
| Taking The Micky | 12-10-2015 06:27 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. You are being linked, simple.
List your method here |
| Ninja Seller | 12-10-2015 06:37 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. create Email
Create VM
New VPN (US)
open amazon uk site on VM
sign up for selling using UK PHN#
Account created and then add Inventory |
| GreenBean | 12-10-2015 06:58 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. US VPN for UK listings? Did the suspended account(s) have that?
Why use that method?
Define inventory? Was even ONE piece the same as old inventory?
:spy: |

Are you listing the same inventory.
I assume for each account you set up after one is suspended you are using totally new info.
NEW IP
NEW PHONE NUMBER
NEW VM
Try just using a new user on you PC rather than a VM.
Get an Ip from 123 (fresh)
Everything has to be new and different. |

:spy: | you are probably right, but not for certain.
I ever used a foreign ip address to create a UK account, it was ok, working perfectly for 2 years till it's closure.
I doubt something wrong with his VPN or pc.
if want a VPN, go for 123.
I always buy a cheap pc to create a new account, it's simple. |
| GreenBean | 12-11-2015 01:45 AM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. If a new account goes and relists old inventory this can happen. |
| Ninja Seller | 12-11-2015 08:04 AM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. The inventory is always new. To test it i list only one or 2 just to see how it goes. and it flopped.
about the IP, may be you are right. maybe it is an issue now . |
| Callidus | 12-11-2015 08:24 AM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. OK here is the crack. Amount of testing I have done to get the right balance is unreal here is my findings and it works well.
1. I will not use a FREE email address to create any Amazon accounts - far too many suspensions when setting up Amazon accounts
2. ALWAYS mix up the VCC / Gift Card you are using to setup the account, I have used one for a while that works well setting up an account. I have had to change to another because using this one to set them up gets the account suspended. However, this card STILL works if you need to add it to an account that has already been setup and the current card has expired.
3. Phone number - I prefer to use phone forwarding AND a mobile number on the account.
4. Add a bank account immediately - you have your bank in your REAL NAME at Barclays for example, when it asks you to enter the name on the bank usually you enter the stealth name...DONT...if you're using a PRO account enter the business name used on the Amazon.
5. If using VM don't 'link clone' use a fresh clone, I am sure a lot of people use linked clone and then link all their accounts together as they do not know how to use VM properly.
6. I know others do have views different to mine but when creating accounts using new windows users my results are poor. % of accounts that stay up are low. % of accounts that stay up and work for long long periods of time are created on VMware.
Just my findings and I create a LOT of them.
Using Gift cards and VCC's that everyone knows about will give you a headache for a month of Sundays. |

about the IP, may be you are right. maybe it is an issue now . | You can never use the same IP or user account. This is BASIC |
| Ninja Seller | 12-11-2015 10:19 AM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. Sorry when I mentioned IP it wasn't about it being the same IP address. It was about the location .
What is meant by linked clone?
If you enter the stealth bank account number then the bank my become suspicious and freeze the bank account giving new hassle because they will see the payments coming in a stealth name. |
| Callidus | 12-11-2015 10:51 AM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. Thats why you choose a bank which accept mismatched name deposits. Most do accept Lloyds and TSB |

I created a new account added the stealth name and bank account - the account looks fine but you're saying the bank account needs to be in the company name?
Whats the best way forward with this one? |

Firstly, I do it because anyone knows you cannot use personal accounts for business in the long run, they will shut you down. Business accounts carry fees, personal accounts don't.
If you're a sole proprietor, you wouldn't be running a business under your own name on the bank account it would be a business name. I just think it looks a lot better as a company name added into the 'name' section, even if the bank account is personal.
James291 - dont worry too much, just my personal opinion, carry on as you are. |

Its owned by Llyods.
I remember once before when i used stealth name with my halifax account, the bank actually asked me about the name. I was surprised they knew. |
| Callidus | 12-11-2015 01:09 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. I don't recommend Halifax to anyone, im one of the minority but others will tell you it's fine. Just stay away from that group is MY advice. |

James291 - dont worry too much, just my personal opinion, carry on as you are. | Hey Callidus - I think ure completely right about this.
I think my account was shut down recently because of this issue.
I changed my name on the Amazon account bank section from my name to the company name but with the same account number.
A few days later the account was deleted.
This was my first and only account so they couldn't have linked me but they must have thought that I had another account because i stupidly did this mistake with the bank account. |

I am confused.
Do you mean that on bank account section on Stealth account I have to put my real name? But wouldn't this link me to my old suspended account? |
| Taking The Micky | 12-11-2015 10:47 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. Callidus is saying the way he does it he adds the business name on amazon, so Barclays account my be J SMITH t/a Stealth Goods, so he would enter stealth goods as the name for amazon settings.
What I do, I guess is similar , if my amazon selling name "snowboard pro" I would enter that as the name of the bank account even though I don't have that name on any bank account as most banks accept mis matched names. |

| fantomas0405 | 12-11-2015 11:43 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. Hhhmmm that gets interesting
I remember reading in the Amazon ghost book that minor name mismatching is fine like for example change from robert smith to bob smith
Now you guys say that for most recommended banks it is ok to completely change the name...for example bank name is "john smith" and for amazon enter "snowboard pro"?
Unless I understand something wrong this is more than just mismatching...it is still ok to do that? |
| Taking The Micky | 12-11-2015 11:45 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. Yes fantomas0405, as long as the banks accept mismatched names. All major UK high street banks are fine and most major US banks. |
| Bilgariangirl | 12-11-2015 11:47 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. yesterday I went to open new checking account in small bank and I specifically asked them if they will accept deposits from Amazon, eBay etc, if I have different name on there site.
Bank said, - "as far as they have your CORRECT routing and account number - you are ok". |

| Taking The Micky | 12-11-2015 11:51 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. Thats correct, if all numbers matching and then the ACH deposit will credit your account. Banks computers don't look at names, to many variations with spelling errors etc. Hope it helps. |
| Bilgariangirl | 12-11-2015 11:53 PM | Re: New Accounts blocked on creation. no, I asked them if they will accept deposit if my name is misspelled , because this happened a lot to me anyway :)
I didn't tell them- " expect to be under different name " :) |

Applies on this forum and in real life.
