Account Review Help!

Hello All,
So it happened to me. This is how it went, I received a feedback that said ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item. Being that it was a generic item, i was a bit baffled, then i saw the name of the buyer and am positive it was a competitor from overseas.
So the next day, I am blocked from the listing and my account is under review.

I sent invoices and explained this is a generic item. Should I also appeal the review? Not sure what do you in this situation.

if the pic and description is in order then a review would hopefully clear it....
