Experience with UK Ltd for Stealth?

Hi,

I´m from Germany and got suspended in April 2015. The account got deleted and I cant login anymore.

I want to get back on Amazon EU and was thinking of forming a UK Ltd (180€ with an agency) and sign up with this Ltd.

Does anyone have experience with this and could give me tips if this is the right way? The advantage with the Ltd could be, that you can have a shareholder and director nominee which gives you full anonymity.

What do you guys think?

I dont think you can find a proper nominee for 180 pounds.

Thats true. What I meant with 180€ is just the Ltd setup through an agency.

Still waiting for some useful info. Anyone did this before?

There is many thing you need to consider:
A. Cost of nominee
B. Nominee has to be fresh ( neither of company hes director or shareholder are registered to amazon in the past and in the future)
C. Bank account you will use
D. Credit card with matching address.

Therefore it seems like a mistake to go through this route , unless you can cover those points.

Strange! I sent you an answer. Thats weird. I will look into that.
Did you setup your Ltd with your real name as director and shareholder?

Re: Experience with UK Ltd for Stealth?

I used family name
I cannot use my name as director because i am pretty sure amazon will ask id of director at some point
I am under £15000 disbursement limit now before verification will start
try send me again if you want

I tried to send you again but I dont have 30posts to send messages ;(

OK I see. Thats a good way of hiding your identity. How did you set up the Ltd? With an agency or by yourself?

Google "uk ltd company formation" you can get docs for 11 pounds why waste 100's of euros. (NON UK citizens can run ltd company in uk which is legal)

you need one director and one shareholder (Amazon will ask id for both guys mandatory)

make sure you got a bank account on any one name . bank account can be in any country until it matches the director. (Make sure all name , address , vcc and bank are new)

once you got the docs you will have to register and then amazon will request id proofs and utility bills . make sure you have them or google forwarderz. that guy can help you out .

Then they will ask for a authorisation letter (use microsoft word)

later utility bills

All set and I have experience doing it and it works.

Good luck buddy

Re: Experience with UK Ltd for Stealth?

Good info vela but director and shareholder can be the same person so less ids to worry about
Also amazon will ask business bank account in the business name...if this is not covered the account will have problems at verification stage...maybe a personal account with mismatching could work however the bank document presented to amazon must show the business
Yes i made the company paying not more £20

Re: Experience with UK Ltd for Stealth?

I have just setup an LTD with my initials, noting me in my own (variation) name as sole director and shareholder. I used a relatives address as the trading address. I intend to open a business bank acc at the same address in the name of the company.

I did it myself at Gov website for £12.

I have a new PC, now all I need is a fresh dedicated IP.

My only concern is what first and surname should I use at registration of the Amazon account? I guess the relatives details?

To pass ID of director and shareholder Checks concerns me too after reading this thread though. Not sure how to do that.

Any advice welcomed
