Here is the sequence of events:
Basically over 3 months ago, in January, they suspended my account with this notice:
Your Selling Privileges Have Been Removed

Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During this review, you may not sell on Amazon.com. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we review it. If you have any open orders, please ship them.

Then, 95 Days Later, I ask them to release my funds. They send the message below. They keep sending this same message below, ignoring the fact that its been over 90 days of suspension. I emailed everyone: payments-funds, seller-performance, and jeff.

I am writing to inform it has been well over 90 days since my account has been
suspended. If you could please release the hold on my payment. Thank you.

Over 90 Days in Account Review. They haven't deleted my account, they just keep the balance unavailable and in a hold way past 90 days. They have suspended me over 90 days ago and keep 100% of the funds. And they claim the account is still under review...
