Default Reviews Over 90 Days?

Has anyone ever heard of an account review lasting longer than 90 days? I emailed them after 90 days of suspension and they said its still under review? Is it possible they will not pay me or will they eventually pay?

You have not been suspended and they have held 100% of your funds?

Here is the sequence of events:

Basically over 3 months ago, in January, they suspended my account with this notice:

Your Selling Privileges Have Been Removed

Hello,

Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During this review, you may not sell on Amazon.com. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we review it. If you have any open orders, please ship them.

Then, 95 Days Later, I ask them to release my funds. They send the message below. They keep sending this same message below, ignoring the fact that its been over 90 days of suspension. I emailed everyone: payments-funds, seller-performance, and jeff.

Payment Release Request

Hi Amazon,

I am writing to inform it has been well over 90 days since my account has been
suspended. If you could please release the hold on my payment. Thank you.

Hello,

Your account is still under review. We will send you an email when our review is complete.

Over 90 Days in Account Review. They haven't deleted my account, they just keep the balance unavailable and in a hold way past 90 days. They have suspended me over 90 days ago and keep 100% of the funds. And they claim the account is still under review...

You just have to wait until the next distribution date. It will be within 14 days of the 90 hold expiration.

Ok I hope you are right. Under payments tab as of now, it still says $0 set to transfer on the next payment date. Also, as shown above, it worries me that in none of the messages amazon sent to me they actually said they would pay me in 90 days. I just assumed its normal policy payment is sent after 90 days suspension holds.

Try to avoid assuming with amazon.

Amother user had a similar long review time.

have you have chargebacks/a-z claims or other problems since your suspension? If so, you most likely will have to wait 180 days from last payment.

I forgot all about that.
