if you are selling: software or any kind of digital item to get feedback, those are very high risk items... your account will be dead soon.

Websites that offer to sell you feedback are in my experience not good

If you want to risk it you can do

Its much much better to build up feedback yourself though

FeedbackFive is just a CRM system, like sending out batch emails to solicit feedback or sending automated message to request revision of negative feedback. It's legit and convenient if your business is really huge.

If your store is still in an early stage, I don't see how the service can boost your productivity. I am still handling those tasks manually.

How many days wait before sending email for request feedback ? Prime account is 2 days .

so 4 days is ok ?

Right now i have 30 orders per day .

Ah now that makes more sense. I didn't look at that site much just assumed it was like the many others selling feedback

Sounds good. Most buyers won't leave feedback, simply because they don't know how and can't be bothered to look. A quick email with some simple instructions probably works well on a large amount of sales.

The answer is you don't.

Amazon already sends reminders to leave feedback. Don't beg for feedback like a peasant.

I got like 60 feedback (on 3500 orders or so) last month and never contacted a customer.

yes, you should ask for feedbacks, with a nice template and the good words. There is a great thread about that in the subscriber area, I applied this method + a little bit of mine and between 50% to 75% of my customers leave a great feedback. But of course if you are selling crap, don't expect more feedback than stated in previous post

Why bother with that though? Whether I get 60 feedback / month or 1000 feedback / month the bottom line is I'll still get the same sales volume. Majority of customers buy from the buy box without considering anything else, and whether you have 100 feedback or 10000 feedback people don't really care as long as you're 100% positive.

Amazon care your account . they see you have lot of sales but no feedbacks . so they review your account .

I believe the feedback score plays (although maybe a small) roll in the algorithm in calculating the buy box time. More positive feedback doesn't hurt :)

Well, for FBA it doesn't.

I have an account with like 5 feedback, and 1 with 100 feedback on the same listing, and both get approximately an equal buy box share, as do other sellers with 10000+ feedback.
