How many days i can no adding any bank account and continue selling ?

If my account have 20,000$ amazon allow me sell without bank information's ?

Amazon have limit ?

I MUST PROVIDE BANK ACCOUNT ?

I want provide bank account about after 3 months i hope in 3 months have 20k or more . . that's ok ?
