First Amazon stealth account

I am going to open my first amazon stealth account tomorrow. Here how I will do that:

1) New user account in my laptop
2) New VPN connection from (strongvpn.com)
3) New name, address and card details.

So I just want to know, am I doing all correctly? If not please help me to open an amazon account correctly.

A reply would be greatly appreciated.

You need a virtual machine or a new computer, a user account by itself is risky unless its a new computer.
