Open multiple accounts

What is good way open multiple amazon account ?

hire more vps accounts ?

open multiple VM in my pc , and use VPN static ip ?

I can use VPS of amazon service Amazon Web Services , it's safe ?

There is no need to ask the same question in a few different places the answer wont change

You need to put in a few hours researching and learn how to use VM with a good VPN

Easier way is to use a brand new cheap laptop, new details + new internet connection either dongle depending on which country you want the account in or VPN (personallly Idont use vpns as they are risky)

Dont list same products which were on your previous account
