New FBA sellers out for Q4

Might be bad news for some, but I am all for this. Keeps the scammers/counterfeiters away and keeps competition lower.

"If you have not completed your first shipment to Amazon before October 10, 2016, we invite you to start shipping to Amazon after December 19, 2016."

Kind of sucks for me. I wanted to open 3 new amazon accounts in 2016Q4

Guess that isn't going to happen.

Fortunately I sent in my first FBA shipment on the account I created in september pretty much right away, so I'll have usage of that this year.

Because the fulfillment centers are busiest during 4Q and they don't want amateurs filling their warehouses with junk that won't sell.

Not sure about other countries, but I know its effects US. I wonder if it effects other countries that ship to us warehouses.
