Are there any FBA refund managers that allow you to approve a case?

Reading the Amazon forums it seems like some have gotten policy violations for using automated refund managers.

Are there any that allow you to approve a case before it is sent?

If it's FBA you DON'T issue refunds. That's amazon's job.
