Can Amazon check a tracking number valid or not ?

Hi,
Does anyone know if Amazon can check the tracking number we put in is valid or not ? I have a usps tracking number file but it gets some errors and cannot check with the carrier website and I'm worried that put them in will affect the "Valid tracking rate" if they mark them as invalid.
I would be glad if anyone could advise me for this. Thank you in advance. :typing:

They don't as long as tracking nunber added it's fine

For small cheap item u don't enter tracking nunber And these still works good without any issue

you need to make sure its valid in case someone open a dispute or case.

if everything is fine, any numbers should be fine.
