Sole Trade to Limited Company DANGERS
 

Hi guys,

I was selling as a sole trader for some time and recently has formed LTD. I am concerned to contact performance team and ask for their permission to open a second account as I have read quite a few horror stories where people loose their account, can't open a new one and are left with no support from Amazon.

Now the question is can I continue trading on my Sole Trader account? Or is it against Amazon TOS ?

Best option to close this account then one new one with Ltd company

If you email seller team any question regarding this they will suspend you account

i guess just continue with the sole trader? my account was sole trader too.

i have just recently form a ltd company. i guess just make sure your accountant is fully informed?

Could you advise whats gonna happen to our listings and FBA inventory? (we sell our own manufactured and branded products). Also, I understand new account will have to go through category ungating and other verification procedures again. Is this correct?

I wouldnt recommend switching from sole trader to limited or other way around

They will suspend your account 100%
