I want to send in FBA item and used my own SKU. What font do Amazon use?

You can't use your own SKU, you need to use the barcode amazon provides.

Where can I find them?
I don't want my item will be mix with other seller item

There's a webpage dedicated for printing labels when you create an FBA shipment.

It gives you a PDF, you just buy the 30 per sheet avery labels and print them.
