I can use this payoneer ?

I have payoneer card with first name and last name of amazon suspended account.

But they no linked together..

I can use this payoneer card for new amazon account to take the payment ?

If you haven't registered the Payoneer card on Amazon then of course you can, they can't get your Payoneer details by magic. Just because they banned name "King Dudu" doesnt mean the name King Dudu is banned from Amazon for ever

I mean the virtual bank they give me for use . the payoneer address is same of address of amazon blocked account .

payoneer share the address of their customers ?
