Hello,
I have a question on how to win the Buy Box.

I have 2 FBA items can't win the Buy Box
1. Lowest price in the FBA available. But another sellers always win the Buy Box
2. I'm the only seller with FBA item but didn't win the Buy Box. They seller got the Buy Box is not FBA and the price higher than my FBA item

What is the factor to win that Buy Box?
- Price?
- Loyalty?
- Performance?

Maybe your account is too young still?

Need to keep A-Z claims low, reply to customer emails immediately, and dispatch quickly to get the metrics up.

Also, are you just 1p lower in price? If so it doesn't make much difference, needs to be a few percentage difference.

Lots of factors, but try getting feedback from your buyers. Performance + feedback will get you that buybox
