Amazon FBA stealth in UK tax question
 

Hello guys.

Has anyone paid tax from stealth account? How do you do it, if it's stealth acc? In US you can use DBA (doing business as) but i cannot find an analogy in UK.

Can anyone help, please?

In particular I'm interested in this:

You have to pay tax on your earnings.
However, if your putchase invoice is on one name, and you're selling under another, how do you put one and one together and prove to the tax man, that out of 100k which passed through your bank accounts, your profit was only let's say, 10k?

One thing which just came to my mind, is that I may have two companies - one for selling, and another for buying the stock. But I have to be able to use a stealth names for both purchases and sales. :noidea:

You pay taxes on the money coming into your bank account. You don't need a 1099 to pay taxes.
