Valid tracking rate !

Hi everyone !

I am starting selling from Amazon my problem is my tracking number is not from carrier support by Amazon.

I just want to ask is that case ok ?

I would say No. Customers can sometimes say they never received the item even though they did. Your account will be suspended for shipping defect rate. Amazon have to have some proof of shipment at all times.

it will hurt your valid tracking metric, it could restrict your ability to offer merchant provided sales depending on your category. They keep changing things, so what may not matter today could have a large impact on your account tomorrow.
