Ungating in Heath and personal care
 

Hey guys,

I'm attempting to gain approval for the health and personal care category, I have provided 3 invoices completely legit from a major E Cigarette Manufacturer. But they came back and said the request is on hold and they are looking for more invoices.

What should I do?

I would ask them exactly what else they want. Typically they want it from 3 different places, do you have the proper quantity?

Do the invoices have to show a certain quantity of each item purchased?

i just resent in the same invoices and it got approved an hour later by another representitive

Most of the time if you have authentic legit invoices, approval isn't that bad.

Amazon doesn't allow any Ecig products.... I'm sorta surprised that you were approved...

Did I miss something?

Im in the same situation myself and its making me stress out.

Would you be so kind to let me know is the e-cig manufacturer in UK? I tried to send invoice from a Chinese manufacturer but no luck.
