Return from September

Customer claims they were somehow broken in the box or 2 days later (which seems like lie) since it was close to 50 some days ago..

So how do you handle this..? have to take the return or just point out they broke e'm they bought e'm.. these are headphones.. or should I burn amazon and the account and be done with it? cause these headphones cost about $60 and looks like I'm moving to rip-off territory here? :(

Re: Return from September

If the return request was filed more than 30 days after the customer received the item, deny it as out of policy.

the end.

wow that sounds too easy.. :p (I hope it works :) )

Also what happens if the customer tries to file AtoZ the system just won't let him.. or?? (sorry, I've just never had this kind of return before) my last one was maybe 30 days or more..? that one went atoz and of course they shoved it down my throat.. (amazon)

They can file an A-Z. You'll have to represent your side if that happens. That's hit or miss. 1 lost claim won't impact you that much though.

Okay going with this "You have received your item more then 30 days ago, you are out of policy." unless I hear different ;)

my close reason was "Expiration of returns period"

Even if buyer open a z claim and not sent you messge within 30 days after delivery date it will be declined by amazon, make sure you add tracking number when reply

So besides what you said.. I'll be telling them that the item was brand new and plastic wrapped which it was. And this is clearly a scam return/person who broke the item 30+ days after they bought and received it.

Anything I'm missing here?
