Account suspended, 1000 items stuck in FBA warehouse
 

We got our account suspended right after we ship 1000 pcs of items (1 sku, private labelled item) to our USA Amazon FBA warehouse.

The reason for suspension has nothing to due with this item, but is copyright infringement of selling some branded items which we sourced them from Walmart, and we got reported by brand owner that items we are selling are inauthentic.

I am now thinking of opening a ghost account, and sell all these items asap. When I have orders with this new account, I will just fullfill the order from the suspended account.

Given that I follow the ghost instructions, do you think Amazon will still link the account and ban me?

Your input is much appreciated.

Yes because you need provide the tracking number. when you put the tracking number amazon link it's same account .

they give you number tracking from suspended account fulfill order and it's show in new account ... about 3-5 days your new account get ban .

But if your item is authentic. why you don't appeal and send them invoice ?

Thanks for your input, Amazon rejected sales invoice from retail store, and they won't unsuspend me.

Any way, for now I need to sell all my private labelled items fast. My question is, if I remove all inventory from amazon warehouse and ship it back to my home, and I open a Ghost Account, and sell only this private labelled item Merchant Fulfilled, am I safe this way?

Yes but you need open new listing . don't open listing by "sell on" on your old listing .

And change title , description ...

Ive had a similar problem
You need to get your stock out wit a removal order.. poke around in the settings for the shipping and get them to send it all in one shipment.. otherwise they may send to you in small lots, and that cost a lot more. maybe you were lucky to get FBA removed for free up to 30 Oct.. otherwise you will have to pay.
If you open a stealth account.. you will also need a new Shipped from Address so your items come from a different place. Stealth is a pain, there is so much to setup.
