suspended from amazon - please help
 

Hello ,
I got suspended from amazon for "Intellectual Property Violations" , I listed items that has brand rights that I didn't knew I am not allowed to list and after i appealed several times they won't let me sell again.

At the time I got the suspension my first private label item is in manufacturing and I opened a new account with the name of my brand that got suspended too.

Now my question is if I open a sealth account and send my brand products to FBA will work after they know the name? or I need a new name for my brand aswell ?

Did you get a final message from Amazon saying you couldnt list again?

You have proof of ownership of the brand OP? Registered and such?

I haven't got a final message but the brand holders won't withdraw their complaint and after 3 times that appeal denied i guess they won't let me...
The brand is in process of trade mark register but my issue is that i started manufacturing the product with the logo, so i need to know as soon as possible if it can work with this name or i need a new one
