Amazon want ID for a different name than what's on my seller account
 

OK so around a year and a half ago I registered a new Ltd company, and after I opened my bank account I changed my name as the director to only reflect my middle name and surname. I registered with Amazon, sent them ID and I was verified. Once it was verified I changed my name back with Companies House.

Just a few days ago out of nowhere I get an email saying they need my ID for my real name, which is different to what's on my account.

I can get hold of the documents, but I just wanted to get some feedback - did they actually check my company records and flagged my account?
