Amazon recovering funds

Hi.

This isn't re a suspended account, but another issue.

Re my UK Amz ac; I'm going through a dispute with Amz as I sold an item on the marketplace, and the buyer failed to return the item. Amz ruled in their favour, and are now taking steps to recover the funds from my bank ac. They already took some monies out despite asking them to reconsider.

Can I stop them dipping into the bank ac? They're doing it via my bank debit card, so is it worth getting the bank to cancel the card?

Thanks.

Re: Amazon recovering funds

Have you removed your card from amazon? and have you told your bank to not allow any more dips in to it? and also have you asked you bank to recover funds back that az took - as it was unauthorised?

It seems unfair, but if it is a smaller amount on this return, you may want to swallow it, as a working original amazon is valueable for your future business.....

buyers do this all the time - and az backs them up....all they need to do is an az claim...
