Invoice issue
 

anyone in this situation?

selling well one own created listing on AZ,

put as own brand and also trademark is registered

AZ sent email that we received complaint about inauthentic item and need invoices,

its made in china off course but as it sown brand and also written on it,

sent invoices and after 3 times sending them they said we cant sell this ASIN???


how the hell is this?

this item was ranked in top 100 is this the reason?

problem is need to create another listing which will take time to move up

any toughs?

is it due to Chinese invoices?

im sorry but i find it difficult to comprehend the whole situation.

is it your own brand? have you registered it through amazon brand registry?

what invoices have you sent?

In uk No brand register

Issue is sorted after sending email to notic@amazon.co.uk with trademark and explained them

within few hours they restored the listing

Seems seller of this forum only interested to reply post where they get sale otherwise not bother to reply
