I can complian this seller ? I bought from competitor . He is chinese seller but his profile show - canada .

Seller delivery is CANADA .

When he send me number tracking . it's ships from china ...

How can report him ?

If I were you I would focus on my business... reporting competitor is not in my line of business and it is a waste of time (just my opinion)
