Fba contact number or email address
 

Any one can help here.
I have a lot of items in FBA and since last 3 month,the account is suspended and appeals going on.
No i decided to quit and want my item back.
I could not find any help.
Try to call customer service but they are waist of time but no action.
Any suggestion please

Contact seller support through the contact us / something else / option and you'll get a response from the seller department.

You can also ring them up if you're not getting a solution from above

My Amazon account is suspended and its nearly 3 months and now no access to the account. Every time asking to change password and not login in. Need to write or call them. Also have around 8k sitting there.
Please advise

If you cannot login when you are 100% certain you have the account info correct, it means they deleted the account. Its very unlikely to retrieve funds or inventory from deleted accounts.

It is deleted,yes.
What is the suggestion at this stage.

Should I have to forget around 8k and same sort of stock as well

Contact a lawyer, and then have your lawyer write a letter that you can send in to amazon. Legal action or nothing is usually the 2 options at this point.

i managed to get 2-3k from a deleted account once. but that was after 3 -4 months of waiting. try emailing amazon-payments. sometimes they work differently from seller-performance.

this was years ago. so might change now.

Thanks for the info. Can you send me full email address if possible. And I will appreciate if someone have any email address for the FBA as well
