NO, you need new bank account , address , name etc for every new payoneer account

Thanks for sharing. So this means you could use 1 Payoneer on accont on diferent amazon stealth accounts and won't get linked?

Yes Payoneer gives a US + UK + EU bank account. So you can do 3 amazon accounts with 1 payoneer account.

Can you send GBP from amazon.co.uk to a payoneer usa bank account with no issues at all? Even with mismatch name?

It automatically changes the payment to the currency of your bank, IE Amazon UK sales in GBP will be converted(at a unfavourable rate of course) to USD if account is in USD

You may well be able to, but by all accounts it will fail the pre-disbursement authorisation
