I had 2 complaints on 2 used items in past 180 days, i have have sold over 2000 items this year in this account and i submitted receipts yet still i am at risk.

is the three strike rule still valid? I have one last chance right?

The three strike rule does not apply in the lifespan of the account correct? Does it reset after one year or after how long?

Ah, ah.... this is where there is pure evil with eBay.

The account can have 3 strikes. They can show up as being reset/resolved/all OK.

The account can go on functioning. Then something out of nowhere can cause eBay to look over the account and kill it then based on those strikes.

@jackjjohn, I am not sure of this 3-strike policy you speak of for Amazon - I have known people who lose the account after only 1 strike...maybe consider yourself lucky - perhaps your other good activity/longetivity is helping...aim to avoid more strikes

never even heard of 3 strike rule on amazon. They usually base it on severity or who complained. Rights owner vs customer complaints.

Ive gotta probably 5-8 in the past when i was doing stupid stuff but now amazon seems to have gotten a lot more strict
