Inauthentic vs Counterfeit

I received two email notifications that two listings are reported and removed because buyer claimed "Inauthentic". The item is refurbished, not counterfeit. I wonder what it means by this, and it shows that my account status at "risk" under account health because I have two inauthentic reports and the target from Amazon should be zero.

What's the next to do to resolve this? or just leave it the way it is? I'm afraid my account will be suspended if more inauthentic claim. Any comment is appreciated.

Avoid the claims. Be more clear in your description if products are refurbished

Normally if buyer complaint AZ ask for invoices before block the listing

Best to contact AZ and ask them to restore listing

Depending on your sale you may not get suspended it's all down to account

Thanks for the reply. "Best to contact AZ and ask them to restore listing ", I believe I need to show the invoice and they must be official distributors to be accepted I assume. My supply is third party distributor which is not licenced.

"Depending on your sale you may not get suspended it's all down to account[/QUOTE]", I wonder what do you mean by Depending on my sale? Do you mean that if my sale volume or sale's revenue is high, I have a less chance to be suspended?

Thanks and waiting for your answer if possible.

You run a risk of supplying 3rd party suppliers' invoices. amazon wants everything "straight".

An account with a high volume of successful sales may get slightly better treatment.

But, if amazon does not like the business model, that good money earning account can go too.

Your main concern is to keep an account working and NEVER allow amazon the chance of suspending you and retaining your funds.
