Hi All,
I recently started selling on Amazon, using my real details as i've never sold on there before.
I stupidly listed iPhone screen protectors as I had a couple left. I used a current listing that others were using and clicked "Sell yours" as it was a generic items.
2 days ago I received this email:
"Hello,
We are contacting you because we received a report from a rights owner that you are listing counterfeit items. Examples of these items are listed below:
ASIN: XXXXXXXX
We may let you list this content again if we receive a retraction from the rights owner. Their contact information can be found below.

examplename@gmail.com
If the rights owner agrees to retract their complaint, they must send the retraction to us at
notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk.
If you believe that the reported content does not infringe the rights owner’s intellectual property rights, you may email
notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk with supporting information.
We consider allegations of intellectual property infringement a serious matter and your account is under review. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.co.uk."
So I instantly deleted the listing and forgot about it.
Today I've lost my selling privileges and received this email:
"Hello,
We recently contacted you about receiving reports that you have listed items on Amazon.co.uk that infringe intellectual property rights. Details of these reports can be seen on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central. As a result, you currently may not sell on Amazon. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.
To sell on Amazon.co.uk again, please send us a plan that explains how you will address this problem. For help creating your plan, search for "Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges" in Seller Central Help. When you are ready to send us your plan, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....fications.html).
Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.co.uk again. If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your offers, and any funds in your account may be held. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer."
I desperately don't want to lose this genuine Amazon account, there have been zero problems other than this one.
All help will be hugely appreciated.
Kind regards,
Paul.
