transfering money from Amazon problem
 

Is it only me or more people have this problem. On one of my accounts money were returned back to Amazon. I called to the bank and they said because of the name mismatch they didn't accept money. So I gave another bank account from another bank, and it seems the same problem, I still don't see my money in the bank.

what banks are you using for this? smaller banks generally mismatch name is an issue bigger banks not so much. Many of us have good results with chase and boa

well I used these banks before for long time, and they worked fine, MTB and TD. Plus I noticed recently when you buy something online, if you mismatch name on the card, card will decline. Before I could write any name and buy anything. Are there some big bank policy changes currently?

Yes in the last year many many banks changed their policies due to too much fraud. But if you use slight variations of the name its usually fine.

I always used completely different names. I guess I have to start to use slightly different names. But will Amazon start to link accounts based on slightly different names?
