All 5 of the big banks work for stealth purposes. At least for paypal. Dont see how that wouldnt also apply for amazon.

use any of the 5 big banks.personally td has worked the best for me
if you plan to receive large amounts ,its best to start with smaller amounts and then larger ones after a few disbursements .

Bank of Nova Scotia works great cause on a personal bank account you can get a debit visa card to register the account on AZ.
Some other banks don't have a visa/debit combo.

The debit visa card works on both .ca and .com Phd?

Most banks are fine with mismatching name deposits

Whichever bank you decide to go with, just search aspkin for that particular bank before using it. You'll find your answer ;)
