I need help with fedex to ship my item to amazon
 

To whom it may concern,

Can you please provide us with your EORI number or your fiscal representative in EU for clearance. This shipment is currently held in customs in France, we need these information to release the package to final customer in Saran, FR.

Ring fedex and say you don't have eoir number if they still ask for that then you need some clerance agent or apply your own

I see clearing agent in France or in Canada

If it's coming to uk you need someone to clear in uk
